The country ruled by clown king is called MOOOMOOO and the capital city is booobooo. The people who wants to come to his country should bring cows per head as a gift to the king .Those who leaves the mooomooo country should bring back cowdungs 10 kilo for each person.
The MOOOMOOO country residents would take turn to clean and bath the cows.The clown king sits on his balcony and enjoys his citicens cleaning the cows.
